What types of payment do you accept?
We currently have two methods of payment - cash for local orders only and paypal.
If you wish to pay by paypal please send total amount including P&P to Paypal.Me/phillips772 and use your surname as a reference.
If you wish to pay by cash on collection or delivery, please send us a message to make arrangements.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns.
If you use our bespoke service, you will receive a photograph of your card for pre-approval and can make any changes at this time.
If your card is damaged in transit, a replacement or refund can be provided if notified within 7 days of posting.
What is the minimum order time for a bespoke card?
Bespoke cards take longer to design and make and therefore we require a minimum of 7 days notice to complete the design. Once agreed, the card will be sent out on receipt of payment.
For UK orders, we therefore suggest you order a minimum of 14 days before you need the card.
For all orders outside the UK, please order a minimum of 28 days before card is required.
What if the card I want is out of stock?
Out of stock cards can still be ordered. In this case, you should treat the order like a bespoke card and ensure the card is ordered early.
When will my card arrive?
Your card will be sent to you once completed and paid for.
Ready-made cards take 3-5 business days.

Is there a maximum amount of cards I can order?
Orders of up to 10 cards will be accepted but please be aware that larger orders take longer to fulfil.
Invitation orders are subject to confirmation and amount will depend on complexity of design.
